In this mission, you must kill a man who is blackmailing Officer McReary.

Mission Strategies

1. Walk down near the hot dog stand on the promenade before calling the number, this way you'll see who answers the phone.
2. Be sure not to get too close to the target or he'll run.
3. Take him out with your sniper rifle and pick up the object he drops.
4. Be prepared for a wanted level.

Grand Theft Auto 4 Harboring a Grudge

Harboring a Grudge is a mission in the game Grand Theft Auto IV. After speaking to Packie, hop into your car or make use of the waiting sedan, and follow Packie up on the roof to watch the scene. Climb down onto the small structure with the skylight. Then take the stairs down. Take out all the enemies, including those on the boat in the warehouse.
